Even in this current economy Raino has a proven record, within the last month Raino has had three different projects sell with in 24 hours. The first was a condo that had been on the market for some time, we came in just minimally staged and they had an offer within 24 hours. The second success story was a home in Olympic Manor (just north of ballard) the home came on the market live at 7:30am by 2:30 they had a full price offer! The third story, an offer was made on a tuesday, inspection wednesday, unstaged thursday, and closed friday!
